Advanced process engineering for hydrocarbon, petrochemical, SAF, and renewable fuel systems. Expertise in mass transfer, column internals, separation systems, and modular plant design. Engineering Validation & Scale-up



Ability to translate complex electrochemical and hydrometallurgical concepts into scalable, safe, and commercially deployable processes. We bring process engineering discipline, relief and safety expertise, and control‑logic precision that complements R&D‑heavy technology development. Clearing the path from lab innovation to pilot‑ready, specification‑driven systems. Making plans become reality through validation, documentation and final certification.



Process Design & Engineering



Development of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, BFDs, HMBs, and full engineering design packages. Execution of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for complex process units across refinery, petrochemical, LNG, SAF, and specialty chemical systems. Strong thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and natural gas processing knowledge applied to both greenfield and brownfield facilities.



Mass Transfer & Separation Systems



Design of trays, structured/random packing, distributors, mist eliminators, and internals. Hydraulics evaluation for gas‑liquid and liquid‑liquid separation systems. Simulation expertise using SULCOL, KG Tower, PROII, HTRI, and Flo‑Master. Column design including internals selection, vessel sizing, and performance optimization. Experience across TEG, amine, distillation, refinery, and chemical separation systems.

Process Safety & Risk Management



HAZOP facilitation, hazard evaluation, and PSM compliance. Relief valve sizing, depressurization analysis, and API/NACE/ISO code application. Safety reviews for refinery, petrochemical, and modularized units. Startup/shutdown philosophy development for mid‑ to large‑scale facilities. Risk mitigation through design improvements, operating procedures, and audits.



Simulation, Modeling & Design Optimization



Design and optimization of upstream and midstream systems including capacity increases and turndown optimization for deleted or declining gas wells, ensuring stable operation under variable reservoir conditions. Technical documentation including operating manuals, startup instructions, control narratives, and engineering proposals.
